  • This session focuses on equipping leaders with essential tools and strategies for maintaining personal and professional wellbeing. Emphasizing techniques for stress reduction, resilience-building, and self-regulation, participants will learn to create an environment that supports sustained productivity and overall health. Participants will also gain foundational knowledge on the nature of trauma, its varied effects on individuals, and how it manifests within workplace dynamics.

  • This session explores the principles of trauma-informed leadership, focusing on how leaders can cultivate trust, understanding, and empowerment among their teams. Through a blend of theory and practical applications, participants learn to lead with compassion while promoting safety and inclusivity.

  • Focused on refining supervisory practices, this session trains leaders how to supervise and provide feedback in ways that are sensitive to trauma-impacted individuals. Techniques for delivering constructive feedback, fostering growth, and ensuring supportive supervision are key elements of this section.

  • This module provides effective frameworks for navigating and resolving conflicts in a trauma-informed manner. Emphasizing curiosity, perspective-taking, and normalization of conflict, participants will develop skills to manage tension while fostering mutual respect and constructive dialogue.

  • Participants will explore the relationship between emotional intelligence and trauma reactivity, learning how self-awareness, empathy, and regulation contribute to effective leadership and team dynamics. Practical tools will enhance skills in managing emotional responses constructively.

     

  • This module outlines the importance of psychological safety as a cornerstone for a thriving, trauma-informed workplace. Participants will learn strategies for building a culture that values openness, encourages risk-taking without fear of judgment, and supports diverse voices.
