Why was the Holistic Leadership Circle created?
I’ve been in your shoes, striving to make an impact with limited resources and overwhelming demands. I know what it’s like to be deeply committed to a cause, working tirelessly to make a difference and sacrificing myself in the process. I understand the isolation and lack of community.
For one particular leadership role, I found an experienced facilitator who provided support for a small group of women leaders.
It changed everything. I wasn’t alone anymore. I didn’t need to know everything. I could be honest about the struggles I was facing and find support from others who had been there. I had access to knowledge and resources, even on my limited budget. My stress levels plummeted, and my confidence increased dramatically.
Now, I want to provide that for you.
